A replacement dwelling for a waterfront site on the NSW South Coast using state of the art environmental systems and materials.

Recycled vehicle tyre roof tiles, AAC panel walls and floors, exposed laminated timber frame, extensive solar PV array sufficient to fully offset annual energy use, whitewashed timber faced MagOx base flooring covers, double glazing with e-glass facings, onsite sewerage and sullage processing, rainwater tank storage systems, zoned heating, thermal mass and natural stack ventilation systems to minimise energy usage.

The design has been fully 3d modelled using state of the art interactive systems and real time natural light display rendering.
